The CIRP process has been initiated against Corporate Debtor herein referred as Tangnu Romai Power
Generation Private Limited vide court order dated 06.05.2024 passed by Hon’ble NCLT Chandigarh
Bench in CP (IB) No. 217/Chd/Hp/2023. That Hon’ble NCLT vide court order dated 06.05.2024 has
appointed Mr. Jalesh Kumar Grover bearing registration no. (IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00200/2017-
2018/10390) as Interim Resolution Professional in the matter of Tangnu Romai Power Generation
Private Limited. However, the Court order has been served to IRP on 06.05.2024.
That pursuant to receiving of court order, Public Announcement of initiation of CIRP has been made in two newspapers namely Amar Ujala (regional newspaper) and Financial Express(English Newspaper) and claims of claimants are invited through the Public announcement in prescribed format.
